My elderly mother became ill about a week before our theatre experience and will now be in hospital weeks (if not months). London Box Office were very understanding and caring and refunded me the monies. I cannot tell you how grateful I was... Very quick and easy booking

I booked my chosen show through London Box Office which was very easy to do. I chose my ticket to be placed in to my phone wallet where it remained until I attended the show. On the day of the show my ticket was sent to me again which made it feel more secure.
